The employees at our firm have amassed over 85 years of employee benefit experience. Our built-from-scratch network claims system is unique to the brokerage community.

Our Mission - From the beginning, the service model on which our business is based has been to honorably and professionally provide all the help that we can, to the people who put their faith in us to protect their families and their assets. It is our goal to treat each person we represent with the same care and respect with which we would like our own families to be treated.

Through our affiliation with specialized firms such as Toler and Toler Insurance Services (life insurance / estate planning ) and the Benefits Group of Lexington (pension and retirement benefits), we are able to provide our clients with the unequaled professional expertise only available through product -specific firms.

Our firm is also a leading wholesaler and provider of service to the health insurance brokerage community. Brown / Raybourn is the general agent for Medical Benefits Mutual for the state of West Virginia as well as an Ohio General Agent. We are also a Royal Advantage General Agent for Medical Mutual of Ohio. Our goal is to provide the agents working through us with Med Ben or MMO, the same professional service that we provide to our retail customers.
